Die Datei /usr/lib64/lxqt-config/liblxqt-config-cursor.so aus dem Paket lxqt-config ist zwar vorhanden muß wohl aber entweder direkt in /usr/lib64/ sein oder dorthin gelinkt werden. Mit dem symlink in /usr/lib64/ funktioniert das Programm

Muss ich mal nachkucken. Hat ein Kollege vom KDE-Team alles auf 0.10 aktualisiert und noch paar andere Änderungen vorgenommen.

Konnte das Problem nachvollziehen, und habe https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17203 erstellt.
