Xawtv-Problem

Hallo alle mittenand!

Ich hab ein Problem:

Damit xawtv läuft, braucht es im "Gerätemanager", also in Hardware korrekte Angaben der TV-Karte.

Was ich auch tat ---> Medion --> saa7134
Tuner --->Philips FMD1216ME MK3 Hybrid Tuner

Geentert - neustarten - xawtv nach Neustart aufgerufen, Kanäle mit Pfeiltasten (hat leider keinen Kanalsuchlauf mehr drinne, kann mich dunkel erinnern, es gab mal ein Linux, da wars bei xavtv drinne) gesucht, abgespeichert. Bild und Ton waren da.

Rechner aus. Rechner ein. Mageia hoch. Xawtv aufgerufen. Bild schwarz-flackernd, so als seien keine Sender da.
Ich wiederhole die Prozedur mit Harddrake - alles so wie zuerst eingestellt, nichts hat sich geändert.
Ich geh zurück, boote neu. Xawtv aufgerufen: TV-Empfang wie erwartet, als sei nichts gewesen. Ton und Bild sind da.

Immer wenn ich den Rechner ausschalte, ist auch xawtv 'weg'.

Im Persönlichen Ordner befindet sich eine Datei namens .xawtv siwie eine .xawtv~ (ich nehme an, eine Sicherungskopie).

Frage meiner einerseits: Ist diese Datei komplett/korrekt oder fehlt etwas?

Ich las irgendwo auch mal was von einer xawtv.config - muß ich diese anlegen/womit muß ich diese anlegen oder macht das Programm dieses? Wo - wenn es eine gibt - muß diese xawtv.config rein?

Liegt es überhaupt an dieser fehlenden Datei (oder hab ich die nur noch nicht gefunden?)?

Oder kann ich das nur über den Suspendeed Swap lösen?

Zunaechst, Danke fuer das Programm, was ich nicht kannte. Werde es zu Hauese ausprobieren.

Was ich auf die schnelle gefunden habe, wie diese "Suchlaufdatei" erstellt wird.
Ich vermute bei Deinen Problemen, dass es sich um Rechte-Probleme handelt.

Werd ich morgen vornehmen.

Bin wieder da. Hatte auch probs - die poste ich separat. Rechner-Total-Ausfall. Kein Linux - kein Windows ging. Auch keine installation, LiveCD oder so.

Nun behoben.

Nun nehm ich dieses Prob in Angriff mit XawTV.

Stürtzte mir letztens zwar nicht ab, wollte aber nicht laufen und keine Sender suchen/finden.

Nein, es bleibt nichts drinne... ich weiß nicht, wo der Wurm drin ist.

Die Datei .xawtv ist schon mal dauerhaft vorhanden (wo sollte sie eigentlich sein? Im persönlichen Ordner??).

Hier mal die geschriebene awtv - die ist schon mal umfangreicher als die erste weiter oben. Dennoch habe ich das Gefühl, als sei da was fehlend. Ich bekomme immer noch nach einem Neueinschalten des Rechners nur Rauschen. Dies war meine Zeile zum Erstellen der Datei - oder MUSS das alles unter root gemacht werden?
