Ich versuche das Nokia 5.1 Smartphone über das USB Kabel zu verbinden. Es wird als USB Laufwerk erkannt.
Der Thunar zeigt ein Laufwerkssymbol und "Nokia 5.1" an.

Doch danach ist der Thunar unbedienbar.

Dolphin zeigt ebenso das "Nokia 5.1" Laufwerk. Doch auf der rechten Seite erscheint eine Fehlermeldung:

Le processus traitant le protocole mtp s'est arrêté de façon inattendue.

Die Fehlermeldung steht ja da:

Es braucht ein Update für libmtp auf 1.1.14

Muss ich nun auf Mageia 7 warten, oder kann ich dieses Paket unter Mageia 6 einfach installieren?

Was du machen musst, kann ich dir nicht sagen.
Ein Cauldron-Paket solltest du aber nicht probieren unter dem stabilen Release zu installieren, besonders bei einer Bibliothek.

Sinnvoll wäre es auf jeden Fall einen Bugreport dafür zu schreiben, vielleicht kommt das dann bald als Update für mga6.

Hallo flink,

vielleicht hängt es daran, dass du die Entwickleroptionen auf dem Smartphone von Nokia und hier insbesondere das USB-Debugging noch nicht freigeschaltet hast. Um vom Computer aus das Nokia zu steuern, muss die Debugging-Schnittstelle aktiviert sein.

Die Ursache des Fehlers liegt im USB-Kabel! Wenn ich ein qualitativ besseres Kabel verwende, dann klappt die Verbindung zwischen Smartphone und LINUX Computer, sonst aber nicht.

Hallo!
Mit so einem Problem und dem TOLINO hat mich vor 4 Wochen auch schon jemand genervt.
Man bekommt zu diesen Geräten ein Ladegerät und da ist ein LADEKABEL dabei.
Was man gerne überliest, es ist kein DATENKABEL, aber trotzdem qualitativ Spitze.
