Seid dem letzten Update stimmt die Grafikeinst. nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,

wie schon im Betreff geschrieben, stimmt, seid dem letzten update, nicht mehr die Grafische Einstellung.
Kann im "Mageia-Kontrozentrum" zwar die Einstellungen ändern, aber beim "Test" und bei einem Neustart, wird nichts bei behalten.

Es ist leider unmöglich hier am PC zu Arbeiten, alles viel zu groß und "unscharf".

ViewSonic VA196w (ein Flachbildschirm)

1x, habe ich eine Fehlermeldung, bei einem Neustart gesehen.
Sie wahr so schnell weg, wie sie da war.
Konnte leider nicht lesen, was in der Fehlermeldung stand.

(Als root auslesen und in [ code ] ... [ /code ] - Tags hier einstellen.)

Der freundliche Erbsenzähler sagt: "die Datei kann man auch als normaler User auslesen."

Aber grundsätzlich ist die Frage nach dem Inhalt natürlich korrekt.

Den obigen Ausgaben nach zu urteilen, wird der Monitor nicht so richtig erkannt.
Evtl. hilft es, den Rechner im Textmodus zu starten und die Grafik mit drakx11 neu einzurichten.

Kann im "Mageia-Kontrozentrum" zwar die Einstellungen ändern, aber beim "Test" und bei einem Neustart, wird nichts bei behalten.

Nur mal kurz in den Raum geworfen - hast Du an der im Bild sichtbaren Stelle:

auch wirklich Deine tatsächliche Bildschirmeinstellung ausgewählt?
Standardmäßig steht dort "automatisch" - was jedoch die Einstellung bei Neustart verwirft.

eingetragen werden.

kannst Du den xrandr mal ausführen, nachdem Du die Grafik umgestellt hast, oder ändert sich dabei die Auflösung gar nicht?

Wie sieht Deine /etc/X11/xorg.conf aus und hast Du noch andere Dateien in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d?
